method
1. Preheat oven to cool, 140°C (275°F).
2. Finely chop onion, salami and smoked ham and fry in the olive oil for about 5 minutes.
3. Add chicken stock, beans, sliced carrots, tomato puree and seasoning.
4. Cover and cook in the centre of the oven for about 1 hour, until the beans and carrots are tender.
5. Serve with chunks of French bread.
