Apricot Glaze

ingredients

makes 1/4 pint
1/2 cup (4 ounce) apricot spread

method

1. Put the spread and 2 tbsp water into a small pan. Heat gently, stirring, until the spread begins to melt. Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 minute.

2. Strain the spread through a nylon sieve. Use the apricot glaze while it is still warm.
