method
1. Heat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Generously grease a baking pan.
3. Put the crumbs and all the flavourings into a plastic bag.
4. Turn the chicken thighs in the milk on a plate, then shake them one by one in the crumbs.
5. Arrange in the dish, dot with the margarine and bake for 45 minutes.
