4 ripe bananas, chopped roughly
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp clear honey
1 cup Greek-style yogurt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
crisp biscuits, flaked filberts and banana slices, to serve
method
1. Place the bananas in a food processor or blender with the lemon juice, honey, yogurt and cinnamon. Process until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into a freezer container and freeze until almost solid. Spoon back into the food processor and process again until smooth.
3. Return to the freezer until firm. Allow to soften at room temperature for 15 minutes, then serve in scoops, with crisp biscuits, flaked filberts and banana slices.
