method
1. Mix together oil, lemon juice, sugar, chilli powder, Worcestershire sauce and tomato puree in a shallow dish. Add the haddock, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning fish once or twice.
2. Preheat the grill.
3. Remove fish from marinade and place on a large piece of foil on the grill pan. Grill for 5 - 7 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade from time to time.
4. Alternatively, place the fish in a fish holder and barbecue over charcoal.
