1. Break the cauliflower into florets. Trim, wash and cook them in boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes until cooked but still crisp. Drain.
2. Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the almonds until golden brown.
3. Add the cauliflower and season to taste, then toss gently and turn into a serving dish.
4. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
