Chocolate Clusters

ingredients

makes about 40
4 ounce dark chocolate melts
4 ounce white chocolate melts
2/3 cup dried mixed fruit
4 ounce glace ginger, chopped
1 ounce each dark chocolate and white chocolate melts or buttons, extra, melted

method

1. Put the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Bring a pan of water to the boil, remove from the heat. Sit the bowl over the pan, making sure the base of the bowl is not touching the water. Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted. Cool slightly. Repeat with the white chocolate.

2. Stir the mixed fruit into the dark chocolate. Combine the ginger with the white chocolate.

3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixtures onto foil-lined trays, and leave to set at room temperature. Drizzle with the extra melted chocolate.
