Chocolate Munchies

Cooking time: 5 minutes plus chilling time

ingredients

makes 10
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons clear honey
1/4 cup fine sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup puffed rice

method

1. Put the butter, honey and sugar in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring to melt the fat and dissolve the sugar.

2. Remove from the heat and stir in the cocoa.

3. Carefully fold in the puffed rice.

4. Divide the mixture between 10 small paper cases and chill until set.

You can add 2 tablespoons raisins or 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.
