1. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut them into halves or quarters.
2. Heat 4 tablespoons of the oil in a large skillet.
3. Add the cilantro seeds and fry for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
4. Stir in the mushrooms, then cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
5. Transfer to a serving dish, and add the remaining oil, lemon juice and seasoning.
6. Chill before serving sprinkled with chopped parsley.
