method
1. Cut fillets into serving pieces and place in greased baking dish.
2. Melt butter, add flour and onion and blend well.
3. Add bay leaf and chicken stock and simmer 15 minutes, stirring until thickened.
4. Remove bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper and add lemon juice.
5. Pour over fish and sprinkle crumbs over top.
6. Bake in hot oven (425°F.) 20 minutes. Serve at once.
