1 cup Greek-style yogurt
3 tbsp clear honey
selection of fresh fruit for dipping such as apples, pears, tangerines, grapes, figs, cherries, strawberries and kiwi fruit
method
1. Place the yogurt in a dish, beat until smooth, then stir in the honey, leaving a little marbled effect.
2. Cut the fruits into wedges or bite-sized pieces or leave whole.
3. Arrange the fruits on a platter with the bowl of dip in the centre. Serve chilled.
