2 medium-sized grapefruit, peeled
1 large orange, peeled
1/2 cucumber
fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup French dressing
method
1. Using a sharp knife, separate the grapefruit and orange into segments and place them in a serving bowl.
2. Cut the cucumber into slices and arrange them around the orange and grapefruit segments.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and chill briefly before serving.
