method
1. Chop onion quite finely and mix with minced beef, seasoning, soup and enough breadcrumbs for the mixture to be not too wet.
2. Divide the mixture into eight small beefburger shapes and coat with remaining breadcrumbs.
3. Fry gently in hot fat for about 15 minutes on each side.
4. Garnish with tomato quarters and watercress and serve with baked beans.
