To mix well, the cream cheese should be at room temperature. Up to 2 tablespoons light cream or top of the milk added to the cream cheese will soften the dip and make it go a little further. Paprika pepper is added for decoration and is not hot. Cayenne pepper is red, too, but is very hot and rarely used for garnishing.

1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika pepper
1/2 stick celery, chopped
1/4 cup shrimps, chopped
few drops Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
whole shrimps to garnish

method
1. Mix the cream cheese with paprika pepper, chopped celery and chopped shrimps. Add Worcestershire sauce and seasoning to taste.
2. Pile into a bowl and garnish with whole shrimps and parsley. Sprinkle with paprika pepper and serve with snack crackers or potato crisps.
