makes 4 glasses
1 2/3 cups low fat natural yoghurt
1 1/2 cups skimmed milk, well chilled
12 fl oz freshly squeezed orange juice, (about 4 large oranges), strained
2 teaspoons clear honey
1/2 level teaspoon ground ginger
Orange slices for decoration
method
1. Blend the yoghurt, milk, orange juice, honey and ginger in a food processor for 1 minute.
2. Pour into four glasses, decorate with the orange slices, and serve immediately.
