method
1. Put the new potatoes into a pan, add cold salted water to cover and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 12 minutes until just tender.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, add the new potatoes and cook, tossing occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in the grated Parmesan and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Season with pepper to taste and serve straightaway.
