If you prefer to omit the liqueur, add a little of the fruit juice from the can.

14 ounce can apricot halves in juice
1 tbsp Grand Marnier or brandy
3/4 cup low fat yogurt
2 tsp flaked almonds
method
1. Drain the juice from the apricots and place the fruit and liqueur in a blender or food processor.
2. Process the apricots until they are completely smooth.
3. Put alternate spoonfuls of the fruit puree and yogurt into four tall glasses or glass dishes, swirling them together slightly to give a marbled effect,
4. Lightly toast the almonds until they are golden-brown. Let them cool 1 slightly and then sprinkle them on top of the desserts.
