2 1/4 cups fresh or frozen and thawed raspberries
1 cup low fat natural yogurt
1/2 cup Swiss-style muesli
method
1. Reserve four raspberries for decoration, then spoon a few raspberries into each of four stemmed glasses or glass dishes.
2. Top the raspberries with a spoonful of yogurt in each glass.
3. Sprinkle a layer of muesli mixture over the yogurt.
4. Repeat with the remaining raspberries and other ingredients, finishing with muesli. Top each dish with a whole raspberry.
