Sauteed Oysters

ingredients

serves 6
30 large oysters
Salt and pepper
1 cup fine cracker crumbs
Butter

method

1. Drain oysters, season with salt and pepper and roll in crumbs.

2. Melt a little butter in hot skillet and brown oysters quickly.

3. Turn and brown the other side. Add more butter as needed to prevent sticking.
