1. Peel and slice onion. Peel and crush garlic. Put into a bowl with the honey, oil, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, sugar and allspice. Add the breast riblets, cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
2. The next day, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) Gas 5.
3. Put the meat into a roasting tin and spoon the marinade over. Bake for 1 hour, basting frequently with the marinade. Serve with plain boiled rice.
